Total Body Conditioning class (TBCC) at Funkshirlnal Fitness will push your body to its limits. Designed to have the perfect combination of Cardio and Strength Training that will help build muscular endurance and conditioning.
Each week the format and equipment used will change. Equipment used will include KB, Battle Ropes, Suspension Training, Medicine Balls and more.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
